In Morocco, contact us within 2 days of receipt. You may inspect the parcel on delivery and refuse it without return charges if you do not accept it. Original delivery charges are not refunded; exchanges incur new shipping charges. International exchanges are not offered. Refunds follow receipt and inspection of the return; outward and return transport charges, where applicable, remain your responsibility. Read the full conditions before requesting a return.

Estimated delivery is 2 business days in Morocco and 1–2 weeks internationally. Timing depends on the destination, carrier and any customs procedures. Rates will be confirmed before ordering opens.
