What is your exchange and refund policy?

In Morocco, contact us within 2 days of receipt. You may inspect the parcel on delivery and refuse it without return charges if you do not accept it. Refunds follow receipt and inspection of the return; outward and return transport charges, where applicable, remain your responsibility. Read the full conditions before requesting a return.

How do I choose my size?

Measure around your head at the hairline. For designs offered in these sizes: S 55–57 cm, M 57–59 cm and L 59–62 cm. Always check the specific design’s options and sizing details.

Are the turbans adjustable?

Fit depends on the design. Some have ties, elastic or adjustable fastenings; others are offered in several sizes. Check the product description and options to choose the right fit.
